The UK legal profession is recognised among the best in the world. In addition to supporting the economy, the profession improves countless lives through its deeply-embedded commitment to pro bono work.
And yet, that culture of pro bono often only extends as far as the lawyers. There are around 30,000 City-calibre business operations professionals working in the top 100 UK law firms, with experience in in-demand areas from HR to finance, marketing, IT, facilities and more.
Our mission is to create a movement. We want to ensure that pro bono is as valued and accepted among business operations professionals in law firms as it is for lawyers.
Working in partnership with Reach Volunteering, we connect skilled personnel in law firms with opportunities for rewarding trustee and pro bono work.
Further, we partner with law firms to promote and recognise the many benefits that skills-based volunteering brings.
Tree of Hope is a Kent based national children’s charity that supports families to fundraise towards the cost of a child’s specialist medical care, safe in the knowledge they are working with a registered charity to maximise their fundraising opportunities and get support and help with fundraising plans.
